 Located
just a few minutes from the Hotel Charlotte, the Guide Guys Lodge a
private countryside residence, with three guest rooms upstairs. Guests
have access to a shared kitchen, living and dining room. The upstairs has
a 3/4 wraparound porch and serene, private views.
We understand that it isn't always
easy to get away for more than one night, so these rooms are always
available for a single overnight, but we do offer discounts for multiple
night stays. We encourage you to spend the extra day or two exploring
Yosemite, the gold country and more of our area!

and a smattering of antique furniture, hardwood
floors, and a big closet. Bass shares a bath with

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the property and hidden hammock
Deposit:
The Guide Guys Lodge requires the first night rate as a deposit. The
balance due for additional nights will be collected when you check in.
Cancellations
& Changes: We understand that sometimes your travel plans will
change. All cancellations will incur a $45 processing fee. Please let us
know within 14 days of your arrival date if you need to make changes to your
reservation. If you must cancel with a shorter notice, you will forfeit your
first night deposit.
Cell
Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in Groveland.
Verizon does work best, but isn't always 100%. We recommend you pick up a
calling card before you head up the hill.
Check
in/Check out: We ask that you schedule your arrival time with us. Check
ins for the Guide Guys Lodge are handled at the Hotel Charlotte, 18736 Main
Street, downtown Groveland. You will receive a map and written directions
and settle any outstanding balance. Check out time is 11:00 am to turn in
the keys.
Pets:
Pets are allowed only in the lower Guide Guys Lodge
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the Guide Guides Lodge. Please use the patio
or balconies to smoke. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if this policy
is not respected.
